Dumping the rotten and corrupt politicians and officials and bringing the most suitable change has been an everflowing (evergoing) process since the begining of time. The political change of 1990 would have had never been successful if people would have had been scared of being shot from "plane or something as described by ruina". May be just keping shut like many people "love" to do would not have contributed in bringing that change. Unfortunately, after 1990 janatas put all the responsibilty on netaas and believed that the responsibility of janatas were over after the change.
