hey the phone line is really working now i just called in kathmandu (17:45 nst)and talked there so people i think now the line will be okayand call ur loved ones as if we dony know when it will be off again coz got the news frm there that the phone line over there is on and off and the mobile service is still off and will be off for some more times .
