I do not necessarily agree to any comments of yours Mr. Thapap because I have firm belief in democracy and flat rejection of autocracy. 1. Authorising local bodies to facilitate passports to the public has only provided the laymen like us to create chance of overseas study and employment on our own. Before, it was only high ranking panchas to enjoy this oppurtunity. 2.Students are seeking education abroad not because the quality has deteriorated from what it was in the panchayat era but because democracy has opened horizons to practically vibrant western education. 3.US $1=NRs 20 only. Foreign exchange rates are based on certain economic indices which you appear to not understanding at all. Mind you, our rate depends much largely to the Indian rate and this is stale . Nepali rupiya 160= Bharu 100. Before it was 165 I suppose. 1 US dollar is equivalent to more then hundred chinese yuan(but not sure hai) 4. Lunch box Rs. 5. now 50, not a big rise in terms of the global growth of commodity value. Just to let you know that weeks before, the kerosene oil was increased from 28/litre to 36/litre. Has any government except the government under Gyanendra increased the price of fuel this highly in Nepal's history? Deuba sarkar pani rajaikai sarkar ho sathi, chokhina nakhoja. 5. I am not rich. Not at all. And don't be fooled by Gyanendra's mitha kura. He is dangerous. Change your mind and protest against autocracy.
