I didn't say nobody was killed by the state.I am saying the number was FAR less compared to the one in last 15 years. Even though you couldn't see all the killings, you should have heard the bomb blasts (assuming that you are not deaf).There was one bomb blast appearantly caused by a person named Ram Raja Prasad Singh. And it made headlines for 3 years.Nobody was even killed.
