hmmm, that is interesting. culture. but i don't buy that there is no corruption in singapore or japan. i guess we could put south korea in the same category of rich or getting-there countries. south korea is plagued with corruption. there have been many many corruption cases in japan. and singapore. well, i just don't know enough but i mean, its a dictatorship. even if tehre was anything, it would be smothered. i was just wondering though, why are we so irresponsible? why?
