Hmm, Phone cards dont work. Phone cards use internet to connect since we all know the internet link from nepal has been cut off. For now, only internal circuit has been activated that too for short time. International circuit is still dead. I did try with my direct line but here the message i get. "All international circuit to the country you are calling are busy, please try again later. Message 1000T" Thanks.
