Nope, I dont agree. In case of Deuba as PM, he had to deal with the Maoists only. Whereas the King has to deal with the international community, the political parties and the Maoists. If you consider Deuba also had to deal with the political parties then thats a flawed reasoning. Dont ask me why, just bite your tail please.
