That also means Gyanae is also responsible for killings of civillians (as stated in Amnesty International's report) committed by Gyanae's army since it is driven by the direction of its master(Gyanae). At this point you do contradict your earlier statement that goes "........army action was taken by netas and orders were given by netas......." Meaning, since netaas were/are not master of Gyanae's army netaas are not responsible for whatever Gyanae's army did in the field and the responsibility lies solely on its master (that is Gyanae).
