What a great policy!!! Create the problem , and Try to solve it, or Show the majority to show that trying to solve it!! This problem of maoists, which is the root of all the problems in Nepal was originated in the palace, with the palace funding and now the palace is trying to show that they are going to solve it.. that';s why they took the power in own hands.... The so called , chosen representatives, just became the puppets in the hand of the bigger game. They never had the real power. Now, the army is more enthuastic to solve the problem than before.. Even , when GP tried to mobilize the army .. the palace didnt' allow.. I DON"T KNOW WHY?? Now, the reason is clear, It was just the small part of big game.. Now, the game has come to one soln, revival of autocratic rule in nepal. :)
