Some ppl are forgeting what life was like during Panchayat system. The only difference is back then all corruption were commited under the table, whereas, it was being done openly until gyane's take-over................!does anyone remember Dire's karamat ( raping, stealing), Pampha DEvi's fat bank acctS, and all these 5 stars hotels owned by royal family. Does anyone remember how and who built Hotel Sherpa for Royal family? DOn't be dillusional and sell yourself short just because you think this provides short term peace. This is nothing but a trap. I see no difference whether it is gyane and his gov or all the other corrupt netas. They all belong in the same POT. However, atleast between 1991-2004, ppl in nepal had some freedom and that can't be compare with anything else. Dude! You don't bring peace by pointing gun at ppl. Fire will never put-out fire.
