I need to know how the new phone number system works lalitpur ma we add another 5.. i.e. if my number was 523523 now it is 5523523 but what about numbers that start from 3. i.e. chobhar ko new number k hunchha? i need to know coz i am applying to schools and i need to fill out the number for my high school. please help
