VSAT is always gonna work coz its in the space and is not owned by the king, the reason for all the websites being down both inside and outside is beacse most of the hosting of websites is in kathmandu. all the nepalii websites which are hosted out side nepal is up, like cybernepal.com.np and the viewnepal server are up but none of it are updated. i am not sure if call WISP are running or not, one of the wireless comany i worked for is down
