Lemme reply to that from a psychologist's point of view, not that I am one.
Take a vacation, your symptoms tells, u r stressed out. If u do not have time for a vacation, try meditating one hour everyday. for meditation, try the lotus pose and take deep breathe while u keep your mind blank. focus on your breathing patten only. Try listen to soothing music.
Also don't exercise before u go to bed, do that in the morning.
I won't tell u not to worry, u already know u shouldn't, but do try to take things slow.
Try that for a week, if nothing happens, hola back.
