In a war turned country there is high possibility of violating human rights from all the sides. In recent news on BBC; the numbers of Iraqis killed the conflict are from US coalition forces than car bombs exploded from Iraqi militant. But it doesn?t mean that American are terrorizing Iraqis. Terrorism can be defined; "the calculated use of violence (or threat of violence) against civilians in order to attain goals that are political or religious or ideological in nature; this is done through intimindation or coercion or instilling fear." From the definition it is not biased to tell that Maoist is using ?fear? as a weapon to terrorize Nepalese citizens. Road blocks, week long strikes, bombs in the major markets etc are the examples that signify the terrorist act. Don't tag army as a terrorist. They use weapons to get rid of terrorism. If one doesn't like army killing terrorist then either he/she is also a terrorist or he/she doesn't know the present situation of Nepal. (Come to Nepal and figure out if army are terrorizing us!) Neeta ji you said "Dude you presented only one side of the story." If you think Nepalese media are presenting only one side of the story then go to www.cpnm.org. You can easily figure out who is good in propaganda and the baseless human rights claims.
