aloo ko achar.
alu usunnu ..ani peel garnu ani cut it into small size as u want.....ani til,lai fry garn...oil nahalee.dry pan ma..fry garnu ni til.. kagati ko raas wa chuk ali kati....anii khursani,onion ,grind gare pani huncha otherwise sano sano parera katnu...
ani til,pyaaj ..dhaniya...khursani ko paste ,kagati ko raas,halera muchnu......
achar tayaar huncha............
2nd method.
alo usunee,offcourse peel garne ani sano size banaune:)
ani capsicum lai ekchin fry garne...ani tyasma dahi rakhne ani ekchin chalaune
ani tyo dahi,capsicum lai aloo ma khanaunee...arko achar.
note:capsicum fry garda ali kati ekdam thorai besar halnu parcha hai..
3rd one.
alo usunnee.....ani grind garne.....ani dhaniya ,khursane,kagati hale mix garne arko achar huncha......
ani last ma malai bhannu la kun chai mitho bhayo?:)
