Whatever, it was a bad decision by the Nepalese govt to buckle under pressure from any quarter to jeoprodize delicate diplomatic balance. Dalai Lama as a Budhist spritual Leader should be allowed to travel and preach in Nepal if not better than at par with all those Babas and Matas. It was already a great injustice to politicalize the issue and prevent HH Dalai Lama from visiting the birth place of Buddha, now this decision to close the sole representative office is even more condemnable. However, as per our policy to disallow any hostile acts to our neighbors, we are already committed to it, and if there is any specific threat they must be defused legally not by blanket restriction. Nepalese effort to make one party pleased at the cost of antagonizing others will not be in greater interest of the nation and its populace. (Personal opinion from a limited background)
