I think Tibetians in Nepal are rich enough to live onthemselves now, why do the govt. needs to support them anymore, there are other issues to check out. For your information, Dalai Lama is one of the richest guys i am sure, his passion is to collect Rolex watches i believe...............all that on someone else's moeny and he calls himself a destitute????? i am with my government in their decision. Good job guys, please use the fund to feed the poor of the Jumla and Humla
