I know Jasmine, how about Malekhu ko machha, Airport ko shekuwa, Dillbazaar ko momo, , New Road ko Baath, Kuni kako chatamari etc etc. These are small businesses and you don't expect too much quality control on these. Heck, have u seen a NY vendor making a hot dog? Point is, an established business should be very aware of quality control or it will bite them in the future. That song about Momo bhitra masu hunchha, samosa ma alu...needs to be changed.
