Hello Nakkali, I would like to suggest you to format your Hard-drive. Do ya have recovery disks? Shut down your PC, then open your window while doing that insert your recovery disk (that disk comes with your PC, when you buy computer), and follow the setting method,,,,,,,wait until your PC delete the hard disk and copy the new programs from disk. It takes more than an hour,,,,,,,,,,, After compilation of formatting, your PC work as like new. And you can add antivirus software, something like McAfee or Norton. I guess you have port problem, whether you delete your modem ......... otherwise should connect to network , if you followed through the appropriate way.........
