Netaa ji, I guess you mean Gun related Homicidal deaths. But i dont think your logic is sound enough to reach the conclusion that nepal is relatively safe. You have not taken the population ratios into consideration. And what "relatively safe" means, seems open to interpretation. And lets not talk about what if situations - US in a civil war?, Nuclear warfare?, homosexual robots? You might prefer walking through kathmandu than compton in the middle of the night, but thats comparing one of the safest place in nepal, with one of the most notorious in US.
