Casey didi, There is also a cheap community college here in missouri but the problem is the job part. i need a good parttime job. so i am assuming if i got o washington,r virginia or MAryland area, i even heard minnasota too, i can find people hiring F-1 students for good pay. So if you know good enginering colleges there please inform. thanks
