How much is the tuition and room board cost estimate. also, i am a freshman so do you recommend i go to washington metro for just 1 year for my Bachelors degree and transfer to UMD?? you said i can do 2 and 1/2 years there. but i would already have completed 1 year here so i am assuming they will accept my credits right. so i would only have to do 1 and 1/2 year there and complete the next two years in MD ho entering there are a juniour.
