This kind of innovative service would never cross their mind. Even if it did, they would not lift a pinky finger to make any effort towards it. Given the fact that so many Nepali students come to the US for further studies, our embassy should take some initiatives in helping them. But no, why would they, who says it is our tax money that is funding their job? When it is like pulling tooth out when just having to renew a passport, should we expect them to actually negotiate a lower tuition for us?
