Swaati-thats a very good suggestion, but I don't know how anyone will be able to save up to go to UMD. Its next to impossible. I think out of state tuition is something like $6500/sem. How can you save so much living in one of the most expensive areas in the nation. UDC is a good idea though. Since cool keta has already completed his general education, try to finish BS from UDC and then apply to several graduate school for full stipend. You should be able to find a roomate in VA or MD and take metro to school. Work as a server in a restaurant (you can make upto $150 per shift). Seriously, take action dude. Have a back up plan just in case. U MD Eastern Shore is a good school for environmental program like Swaati said. I was accepted there for my MS but got a better offer from somewhere else. DC area has a lot fo job in the environmental professionals. Keep in mind that once you get a MS from a good school, where you did your BS doesn't count. Try to do well and maintain at least a 3.6 GPA in your undergrad. Good luck.
