well i think u should do as Casey have said. If u want to come to washington metro area than u can go to Univ. of Dist of Columbia. I think they have some Environmental course and their tution is cheap. U do 2 and half yrs (mean complet first period of junior) and than tranfer to Univ. of MD at Easten Shore. They are one of the best or marine science in nation. BUT do not forget to maintain ur GPA cuz its very tough to get admission in School of Architecture and Mainre Science in Univ of MD. Just to remind u, transfer when there is 3 semester left for u graduation or else they won't admit u. Good luck P.S. try to save $$$ as much as while u are in UDC cuz UMD is expensive.
