netaa_ji, Woa buddy!! Seems like you have been totally brainwashed by Canadian policies. Trust it looks all good on paper but its nothing but crap. Ever wonder why there arent international student in here??? Canada is one of the worst places for international students. First of all, its hard to find an odd job compared to US...and even if you do the tuition fees mount to almost 10k every year( fulltime, university. unlike my buddy Netaa_ji has mentioned)...last but not the least College and Universities are not the same...I mean colleges do hand in 4 year engg/bach degrees but they have very limited programs...colleges here are mostly for 3 years and for diploma programs..so if you want to do something..you gotta go to university..having said that there are handful of really good universites...Queens university,..Waterloo etc for engg.. my suggestion would be for you is to do 2 year course in communicty college if you are starving for money..go to VA area...save some money and two last 2 years in some rural areas where its not that expensive..
