When the strategic petroleum reserve (SPR) was first being filled: 300BN barrels. Let that sink in: it has never been at this level below other than when it was being filled.
Once it gets to $250-280BN, you can’t use the remaining supply in storage tanks. But the pedos can surely go swim in it.
That level is about 2 months away.
In the 70s the Chinese used to ride bikes to work because they couldn’t afford cars. Now they are driving electric vehicles.
