This creates deep uncertainty, fear, and potential family separation for people who have lived and worked in the U.S. for many years.
Yet, in hindsight, the change could prove a blessing in disguise for some.
It may encourage them to return home carrying valuable skills, experience, and savings.
They can then use those assets to build better lives and contribute positively to their home countries.
