Yes, your physical EAD card, which shows an expiration date of December 31, 2022, actually expired on March 9, 2025.
The 540-day extension applies only if you file your EAD extension application before your physical EAD expires.
In your case, you filed for a new EAD in June 2024, but your physical card expired on December 31, 2022.
DO NOT WORK, even if E-Verify says you can. They just need a reason to kick you out, so don’t give them one. Aloo Kha!!
