International students from nooks and crannies of the world uniquely enrich the academic experience in US universities as they bring fresh and overlooked global issues and perspectives into the learning environment. These younger minds are socially more dynamic and become accultured to the American fabric, ways, and mores by the time they earn their academic degrees. International students contribute significantly to the US GDP in the form of expensive tuitions, housing, health-care, and economic activities while fostering economic dynamism when they pick up part-time jobs with extreme agility and flexibility after securing EAD from USCIS. These new graduates should continue to be extended multi-year OPT upon graduation instead of importing H1b visa-holders via profit-offshoring tech-staffing companies who come from just one country that is notoriously afflicting the corporate world and American society with nepotism, tribalism, and casteist practices.
