In a notice dated April 4, 2025, USCIS confirmed that the Hong Kong DED program—originally approved by the previous administration—will continue through February 2027. The current administration has raised no objections. Recipients can renew their work permits (EADs) for two more years, with no new hurdles in their way.

According to a source in D.C., there’s good news coming for Nepal TPS as well. I’ll confirm it by next Friday—or maybe earlier.
