Since the CHNV program is not approved by Congress, its approval or revocation rests solely with the administration. The Biden administration shouldn’t have started a program like this in the first place, one that lets millions of people cross the border easily with an app. It’s almost like a joke. And we know Democratic leadership also created DACA as well.

If it’s TPS, I would show some compassion to people. They’ve been living in the U.S. for over a decade, and the program is Congress-approved. There’s a reason they got TPS in the first place.
