I don't agree, age and time are not the only greatest factors. Just because there was 10 years for TPS, doesn't mean it's time to move-out. It seems like a level ignorance and lack of common sense to me. Everybody's life is different. One situation doesn't fit all. You don't know everything or when it is time to move-out.

I would suggest people respectfully and mind my own business because I am in their shoes. It shouldn't hurt my ego but I wouldn't tell someone how and what they should have done and what's right for them, imposing that you are right. That's not what a wise person would say.
