Pushkar samrthak, Yeah he is too small to have an impact physically and too immature to impress anyone with his idealogy and blah blah. But, one should not forget the symbolic significance for simply being next in line( after paras). Gaynendra is not dying in a yr or two. Hez gonna live for another decade at the least and lot can change by then. In our history; in the most trubulent of times, our country has been ruled by minors, i.e, Gayen himself, rajendra etc, even though they only were symbolic figures and the real power lay with others.
