People at Kantipur publication are too arrogant to receive any comment from their readers. They feel bad when someone points out their blunders and take the readers for granted. I have on few occasions written to their feedback address, it seems they never care to improve. Well, they know there is no other better options for the readers and if any competition is smelt they know the dirty tricks to nip its bud, as we saw with the THT. There have been many instances where lack of professionalism has been seen with proof reading.
