"We'll quit this govornment" is not same as "Yestei ho bhane Sarkar Chhadinchha" Saying "We will quit" expresses CERTAINTY of leaving the govt. But the Nepali cartoon indicates otherwise (indicating the threatening to leave the government for miniscule reasons, but not really doing so). Yes, the english cartoon sounds quite a separate one, but the cartoonist meant something different in context of current political situation in Nepal in his original nepali cartoon.
