Just wanted to confirm with sources other than Facebook, GoFundMe and Nepal related websites. As we know a lot of these nepali website owners and YouTubers love to sensationalize and often do not do a good job of confirming a story .

If true, there is a lot we are missing. The long "suicide note" makes one wonder if this person had existing mental health issues.

Not to speak ill of the dead (that is, if this news is true), but the letter has all the indications of a deeply depressed person with a history of mental health issues. People just don't self-immolate due to a minor domestic dispute, especially if they have a family.

Makes one wonder if this person always sought attention. Donating one's blood so many times is indeed a noble act, but at the same time he seems like a person craving for attention given the publicity he sought. The act of self immolation too is an attention seeking "grand exit", meant to leave a lasting effect on family and friends and shake them to the core.

I think we should first confirm that this indeed is true and, of possible wait for more to come out as far as the mental state of this gentleman.
