SIS why do you wanna get NRN card now... I started this post almost 2 years ago when NRN citizenship was still under plan.. now you can just apply for NRN citizenship which is free. About the family plan for NRN card.. I dont believe they offer that, it should be the same $520 per person from my understanding.
