Calling USCIS is a burden. I have tried in the past and everytime people over there talk like a machine with no social empathy at all. I can imagine so many people calling them everyday asking all kinds of questions under the sun, no wonder they would talk like they do not really care.
See, regarding immigration or USCIS topics, I cannot really advise people what to do or not do. Like most of us all, I also learnt by reading online a lot and then also talking to my lawyer.
Most probably, you can call them up and see how they answer in your case. But to me, it is not a big problem really as both a12 or c19 is for TPS applicants in USCIS terms. The other areas like signatures, correct full name, address, correct fees matter the most in my opinion.
