@bennedict: yes that is what confused me. I filed it with A12 then later realized C19 is also the correct option to add.
my case status already shows 2 weeks left for their decision. so I am not sure if I should call USCIS and have them correct my eligibility category to c19 or just let it be. Cause in the end I don't want to pay $400 for ead.
