No idea what the purpose of the very large NRN main office building in the middle of the disputed Lalita Niwas land is. Also not sure what NRNA really does. Not a word about the new Nagarikta on their website. They never pick up their phone or respond to emails.

Word is that most of the rooms in the huge building are rented out to personal friends/bankers etc and a lot of "fun activities" happen inside the closed doors.
