1. A tax official from our incompetent goberment has been caught with NPR 2.6 million (26 lakhs) while trying to board a domestic flight from Nepalganj airport. Poor fellow, should have used 27 different digital platforms we have in the country now from esewa, khalti, fonepay etc to transfer commission to the higher ups and politicians instead. Now, his dream of having 3 cars, 4 ropanis of land and 5 houses in Kathmandu Valley is poof! Next time, try to buy brake pads!
2. PM Prachanda says, the present coalition will last for another five years. Well, it will be hard to believe the flip-flopper because he will get into bed with anyone to make sure that he wins at least his seat and be relevant in Nepali politics till he is done from this Earth. Then, hopefully, Elon Musk will have colonized Mars and our politicians can move there.
3. Djokovic has won the US Open and is now at max 4 Grand Slam titles. Coco has won the women's title and she thanked everyone who did not believe in her.
4. Virat Kholi has hit 122 runs against Pakistan. Pakistan is yet to ball but maybe it's time to decide the Kashmir issue once for all in best of 5 matches in cricket. That would be a little more peaceful and least expensive idea
5. September 11th, 2001: America still remembers that day when the plane crashes shook America as they witnessed terrorism in the mainland in such scale. Bin Laden is dead and so is Saddam and even Gaddafi. Hosni is dead. But it seems that Islamic terrorism is not going away anytime soon.
