...so it looks like he applied to renew his nepali passport AFTER he because a UK citizen ..........If he really used both passports to travel, that is a very serious thing......especially as the new chief of NRNA

Makes you wonder if he has an NRN card!!  Do NRN officials themselves believe in getting a NRN card?

That gives a bad name to NRNA the organization..............but am I correct to believe that the organization "NRNA" and "NRN card" are two different things?  

My understanding is that NRNA is just an NGO and they do not issue the NRN card.  The NRN card is officially issued by foreign ministry or Nepali diplomatic missions/embassies correct?
