I humbly want to request evryone specially students who fall into trap of these consultancies for h1 for greencard for opt not to stay silent and fight for your rights if you are being treated wrong. Evryone stays and accept whatever injustice they do and it is not fair. I have been badly treated by one in Houston by a Nepal consultancy Yup a Nepali one not a desi one. I have i initiated my legal case and will be updating further so people like me who fall into these scams and loose their sanity in this foreign land won’t have to face it again. Please do your research before you join any consultancy do not go just because somebody referred you. People do nasty things for money for gc sponsors but getting so low cheating another Nepali this is something not gonna happen again. It is my responsibility to further aware any one if I see the particular consultancy sponsoring any event in Nepali restaurants football tournaments and any other. Don’t fall for anyone specially non professionals running an office a bunch of j***ks related to each other. I have promised myself I will let evryone in my circle know about what are these money eaters abusing young students in terms of money and effort. Making students crack into big companies paying them less just because they stay silent for their status, not paying right amount, lying, making them stay in one project saying their gc will be sponserd, not extending h1b at the extention time some major red flags of thugs. So be aware stay alert be fair don’t be afraid to speak out. If one consultancy didn’t treat you right let others know what they did let the owners be known to public so that this has to be stopped. Times are gone when you stay quiet and bad work abuse by these consultancies need to be stopped. Anybody wants to know more about it there is a group forming soon by the victim candidates so other fellow students do not fall for it. I wish somebody did this before.
