Answering to this question.

Going by this saying that says 'Indictment only applies to criminal charges, but impeachment is the political equivalent of an indictment', isn't it that there were two other presidents that faced impeachment trials in history such as Andrew Johnson, Bill Clinton (both democrats!!) besides Trump during their regimes? It's a different story that nobody got removed from their office in their ruling time though.
I still like to believe that nobody is above the law here in US, it be a president or a peasant!
