Asking a question for a friend,
Parents are DV winners and they are coming to the states after getting VISA. They had an interview and the passport is stamped they will be here in the states in a couple of weeks | Months. Their daughter is in the United States on F1 Opt. How can the daughter now apply for a green card based on their parents? How long the process takes and what are the necessary steps that need to be filed?
