Regarding credit card max out situation, one can never find out the other person's loans, debt or credit cards issues easily unless you have the "proper authority". Like insurance people, rental agencies, they may know what is what, but for regular people like us we can only guess. Something like if two people divorce, how we gonna know what may have been the reasons, unless one party spill the beans. And here Rabi has earned some status in society already. That potential credit card fiasco may have just been some rumor started by bored minds, or some groups who envy his success in Nepal going by what Khaobadi Neta has hinted rightfully.
Still while googling I could find his house in Maryland was on foreclosure while married to some other lady and I could find this for you.
