Since Nepal is updating its Electronic passport (e-passport) it requires electronic finger-printing, and facial eye reading for authentication purpose.

So Nepal is a poor country. But still Nepal Govt. is doing big favor to Nepalese in US. And you live in America and your are expecting American passport services carrying Nepalese Passport.
