कोहि पनि आफुले गरि आएको चलन र धर्म बिरुद्द जान नसक्ला तर कुन आधारमा उभिएको थियो र छ भन्ने कुरा मेरो लागि चै जरुरि छ जस्तो लागेर कोहि रुचिकार हुनु हुन्छ वहा हरुको लागि तासको हु | हामि हिन्दुस्तानी बाट शतप्रसिसत प्रभावित छौ | If they ( sudra / untouchable) wished to live among them, they must conform to the following rules: 1. Sudra must not wear gold-ace–bordered dress. 2. They must not wear dhotis with coloured or fancy borders. 3. They must convey intimation of the death of any Hindu to relatives of the deceased—no matter how far away these relatives may be living. 4. In all Hindu marriages, Sudra (damaaii in nepal) must play music before the processions and during the marriage. This is how the Panchai baajaa came to our culture. 5. Sudra women must not wear gold or silver ornaments; they must not wear fancy gowns or jackets. 6. Sudra women must attend all cases of confinement of Hindu women. 7. Sudra must render services without demanding remuneration, and must accept whatever a Hindu is pleased to give. 8. If the Sudras do not agree to abide by these terms, they must clear out of the villages.
