IDK when they started it exactly but for one of my petitions that i filed in 2021, i can download the document that they sent me. Also, customer service told nepali_boy12345 it could be dwnloaded online so they must be referring to this. It would only work if you know ur case number. Which means if the document Our boy is waiting for is the initial receipt notice then its not possible.
